The aim of BARF is to maximise the health, longevity and reproductive capacity of your pet and by so doing, minimise the need for veterinary intervention. How do you feed a dog properly? You feed it the diet that it evolved to eat. The feed must contain the same balance and type of ingredients as consumed by those wild ancestors, that is wolves. This will include such things as muscle meat, bone, fat, organ meat and vegetable materials and any other foods that will mimic what those wild ancestors ate.

Please note that the BARF patties come in frozen packs and we can only deliver/supply this product to customers in the Inner Sydney Metro and North Shore areas only. We also recommend to BARF customers who cannot be there for delivery to leave out an esky or foam box and we will place the BARF in it for you. This works very well for our existing customers.

How To Register and Sign In

The first step is to click on the "register" button. This will take you to the profile information page. Don't forget to check the "I accept terms and conditions" box right at the bottom of the profile information page. After you have entered the required details click on the "register and sign in now" button. This will take you back to the home page where you then enter your email address and password then click on "sign in".

In case you forget your password, all you need to do is to enter your email address in the "email" space at the sign in area and then press "send < FONT>password". Your password will be emailed to the address you have entered.

Updating Registration Details

If you need to change your registration details such as email address or postal address etc, simply log in using your exiating email and password and navigate to the profile page. You can then enter and save your new details.

How To Shop

When shopping we have arranged the site so that you shop first by Breed Type (Large, Medium, Small) and then by Life stage ( Senior, Adult, Puppy). Premium foods are specially formulated with these key factors in mind. A “Large Breed” dog is one that will reach a weight 25kg + fully grown. As a general rule they are a puppy until 12 months of age, an adult 1-5 years and a senior 6+ years. Ordering from Pet Deli

You have the choice of registering and ordering on line or you can simply phone through your order to our office using the 1300 138 843 number or you can email your order to us using food@petdeli.com.au. If you are emailing your orders make a note of the product reference number. If you can quote this number it will assure that you receive what you wanted. We make contact with all customers by email or phone prior to delivery to give an estimated time and day for delivery and to receive any particular instructions. For registered shoppers, when at checkout always give the confirmation page plenty of time to come up as this can take a minute or two. Clicking again before the page completes can create a second order (which we will reverse but it is time consuming) and inconvenient for you.  After placing an order you should always receive a confirmation of order. If you don't and or you receive an error in processing message please contact us ASAP. Customers can set standing orders for ease of mind and convenience.

Pet Deli - Secured Site

Pet Deli is a secured site and our security encription software (certificate) is currently provided by GoDaddy.The GoDaddy logo appears at the bottom of every E-commerce page, the pages which contain the products and from which you can add products to your shopping cart. Clicking on the logo will take you to a verification page where you can see the currency and authenticity of the encription certificate and security on this site.

At the final stage of checkout, (when you are entering your credit card details), you have been automatically transfered to the secured Commweb portal and so your information is going directly into the Commonwealth Bank secured system at that stage. We do not receive or store your credit card information on our site. This is why it can take a minute or so for your order confirmation to appear. We use this system because we believe this to be the most secured way to do transactions online and as a result we have never had a security breach since we have been trading.

The SSL encription Certificate that we use is also backed by a $10,000.00 insurance policy to cover any loss incurred to our customers due to a security breach.
