Now you can buy those large bags of pet food without having to worry about carrying it home or making that time consuming trip to the vet or pet store. When buying in bulk you will also save between 20-30 % off your pet food bill for example; a 7.5kg bag of Eagle Pack Natural Formula for dogs will cost you $54.50 (no GST incl.) or $7.26 per kilo and a 15kg bag will cost you $93.59 (no GST incl) or $6.23 per kilo. If you buy a 1.8kg bag of Artemis it will cost $29.55 or $16.41 per kilo and buying the 6.8kg bag at $65.91 works out at $9.69 per kilo and buying a 13.6kg bag of Artemis costs $113.59 or just $8.35 per kilo or a saving of 50% in comparison to paying $16.41 for 1.8kg. A great natural raw food alternative is the BARF (Biologically Appropriate Raw Food) Diet. We stock CANINE COUNTRY barf . The BARF diet is based on feeding raw, meaty bones, raw vegetables, and supplements instead of commercially-processed or cooked homemade diets.
Please note that the BARF products come in frozen packs and we can only deliver/supply this product to customers in the Inner Sydney Metro and North Shore areas only. We also recommend to BARF customers who cannot be there for delivery to leave out an esky or foam box and we will place the BARF in it for you. This works very well for our existing customers.
How to register and sign in
The first step is to click on the "register" button. This will take you to the profile information page. Don't forget to check the "I accept terms and conditions" box right at the bottom of the profile information page. After you have entered the required details click on the "register and sign in now" button. This will take you back to the home page where you then enter your email address and password then click on "sign in".
In case you forget your password, all you need to do is to enter your email address in the "email" space at the sign in area and then press "send password". Your password will be emailed to the address you have entered.
How to shop
When shopping we have arranged the site so that you shop first by Breed Type (Large, Medium, Small) and then by Life stage ( Senior, Adult, Puppy). Premium foods are specially formulated with these key factors in mind. A “Large Breed” dog is one that will reach a weight 25kg + fully grown. As a general rule they are a puppy until 12 months of age, an adult 1-5 years and a senior 6+ years. Ordering from Pet Deli
You have the choice of registering and ordering on line or you can simply phone through your order to us by using the 1300 138 843 number or you can email your order to us using food@petdeli.com.au. If you are emailing your orders make a note of the product reference number. If you can quote this number it will assure that you receive what you wanted. We make contact with all customers by email or phone prior to delivery to give an estimated time and day for delivery and to receive any particular instructions. For registered shoppers, when at checkout always give the confirmation page plenty of time to come up as this can take a minute or two. Clicking again before the page completes can create a second order (which we will reverse but it is time consuming) and inconvenient for you. After placing an order you should always receive a confirmation of order. If you don't and or you receive an error in processing message please contact us ASAP. Customers can set standing orders for ease of mind and convenience.

When shopping for leads or collars we have arranged the site so that you shop by Breed Type. Our range covers leather, chain, nylon and there is always a matching lead for the collar you might want to purchase.
Health care covers such things as flea control, heart worm, worming, ear care and dental care. We cover all the leading brands such as Advantage, ProHeart, Sentinel and Frontline Plus.
