Shipping - Sydney Metro
Free Delivery for orders above $100.00 in Sydney metro area.
For orders under 20kg in weight & less than $100.00 in value, the delivery cost is @ $8.20 (Sydney Metro).
All Other Areas (Country NSW, Interstate or International)
Charges for deliveries to NSW country areas (any areas outside of Sydney metro) and Interstate are charged at Australia Post rates which is calculated automatically at Check Out.
International orders will have to be placed through the office of Pet Deli (email: food@petdeli.com.au) and your shipping charges will be calculated and quoted to you before you decide to make the purchase or not.
Delivery of goods will generally take 3 business days for Sydney metro areas. We generally conduct 4 delivery runs each week, the days are usually Tuesday - Friday between 9-5 and our average delivery time is one - three days. You will be notified by email or phone of the day your goods are to be dispatched before it is going to happen. This is a general guide and we often deliver in under this time whenever we can.
For areas outside of Sydney metro, please allow 3 - 7 working days. Every person who places an order is contacted by email usually within 24 hours, advising of either a delivery day or a dispatch date if order is to be shipped outside of Sydney metro.
Sydney Metro: goods will be delivered by Pet Deli/Aust Post courier service between 9am - 5 pm Mon-Fri 5 days a week. We will notify you once we receive your order advising delivery day. If you need a special time or day of the week we will try our best to accommodate your requirements. If you would prefer your order to be delivered by Australia Post, when you are contacted by the office regarding delivery please let them know.
All Other Areas: Australia Post Parcel Services between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
You will be notified by Pet Deli the day your goods are being dispatched.
Northern Sydney: Delivery is the same day goods are dispatched from Pet Deli.
Sydney Metro (outside northern Sydney): Delivery is the next business day after dispatch day from Pet Deli.
Interstate: Delivery is approximately two to three days after dispatch day from Pet Deli.
RETURNS POLICY:
Unfortunately we have a "no returns policy" on food products due to the risk of tampering. We recommend that customers buy a small size bag/amount to start with. We further recommend that when introducing your pet to a new diet, introduce the new food gradually, combining small amounts of the new with the old and increasing the amount of new food over a week or two. If the food company is offering 100% money back guarantee please remember there will be costs incurred by you returning the food. They will not pick the food back up from you and will want you to send it directly back to them which could mean sending food interstate. They will credit us only for the food not the transport costs then we will credit you for the food only. As it is an extremely lengthy and involved process please always buy a small bag when wanting to try a food for the first time.
Accessories, collars and leads:
We have a 7 day policy on these items they must be returned to our office in a resellable condition i.e. the package must be intact as well as the item .We ask that you select your items very carefully for the correct sizes.
